How we work

Five steps. AI-augmented, senior-reviewed.

Our workflow is the same on every project. The reason it works is the second sentence in every step: a senior consultant reviews this before it reaches you.

  1. 01

    Days 1–7

    Discovery & Fit

We run the paid diagnostic: capability mapping against your target call, fit scoring via LLM with retrieval over current AGA templates, and a senior consultant review of every recommendation before it reaches you. Output: a 12–18-page report and a 60-minute walkthrough call.

  2. 02

    Days 7–14

    Partner search

Automated matching against our internal graph of closed and ongoing EU projects, then manual verification of recent activity, IPR position and reputation. Output: a shortlist of 8–15 candidate partners, ranked, with an outreach order and talking points for each.

  3. 03

    Weeks 2–6

    Drafting

LLM-assisted drafting on top of the latest AGA templates and call-specific guidelines. Every section is reviewed and rewritten where needed by a senior consultant — Impact and consortium-strategy sections are drafted by a human first, with the LLM as editor, never the reverse.

  4. 04

    Weeks 6–8

    QA & Submission

Double senior review, an internal evaluator-scoring simulation against the published evaluation criteria, and a structured submission rehearsal 48 hours before the deadline. We submit with you, not for you, so your team owns the final click.

  5. 05

    From award onward

    Post-grant management

Once the project is funded, we move to the retainer track: periodic reports, timesheet and personnel-cost compliance, deliverable tracking, audit-readiness, and a quarterly executive summary for your board. One named senior consultant. One number to call.

How we use AI & where we don't

A clear line, in plain language.

AI is a multiplier in our workflow. It is not the consultant. Every word that leaves us has passed through a senior human review. The split below is honest and unchanging.

What AI does well

  • Template scaffolding. First-pass structure of WP descriptions, deliverable tables, risk matrices.
  • Retrieval over AGA documents. Citing the right article for an eligibility question in seconds.
  • Partner matching. Searching the graph of past consortia for organisations with the right capability profile.
  • Evaluator-style scoring. Quick rubric runs against the official evaluation criteria to catch missing arguments.
  • Translation across EU languages. Reliable first drafts in EN / ES / FR / IT / DE, always reviewed by a native speaker.

What stays human

  • Impact section. Drafted by a senior consultant first, then edited with LLM assistance. Never the reverse.
  • Consortium strategy. Who joins, in which role, with which IPR position. This is judgement work; LLMs are not on the call.
  • Negotiation with the coordinator. Budget splits, leadership, deliverable ownership — all in person.
  • Final QA before submission. Two senior consultants read every page. The model does not press submit.
  • Audit-readiness judgement. Which document is admissible, which is borderline, which will fail in front of an EC auditor.

One promise, in writing

No proposal is submitted without a senior human pass.

No proposal we touch is submitted without a senior consultant reading every word. If we ever break that rule, we refund the engagement in full. That is the only success fee we will ever quote you.
