Why Solo Lattices
Four reasons our pipeline ships parts other tools can't even simulate.

Mocha · Mocha Mesh · Dendrise. Drop into any low-code workflow.
Mocha, Mocha Mesh and Dendrise live inside the Synera development platform — ready to drop into any low-code engineering workflow.

Lattice generation
Fully conformal lattices for any closed volume. Generative tuning of mechanical properties. Up to 24,000% faster than alternatives.

Advanced mesh processing
Robust mesh operations on top of Mocha — booleans, smoothing, repair — for the toughest topologies in additive manufacturing.

Voxel engine
High-speed voxel core for robust geometry operations. Local-first, GPU-accelerated, no cloud round-trips. The engine that powers Mocha.
Available now in the Synera marketplace.
Inside the engine
Lattices break traditional kernels. Our voxel core handles booleans, generates beam and TPMS structures, and runs collision checks at speeds the rest of the industry can't match.

Mesh and BREP booleans collapse on lattice geometries. Dendrise adds a voxel layer that handles union, subtract and intersect on anything — making the operation safe enough to automate.
Use case
Adhesion on Carbon CLIP printers
Reliably flatten the lower surface of latticed parts — the only way to print them on a CLIP machine without losing adhesion.

Fatten beam networks with field-driven thickness. Fill any closed volume with gyroids and other TPMS for lightweighting, heat dissipation and material characterisation.
Use case
Adaptive thin-surface ribbing
Ribbed a 3D-printed tibial prosthetic socket — material savings and a cleaner manufacturing process.

Lightning-fast, memory-efficient checks between voxelised parts — both 2D and 3D, with verifiable minimum distances.
Use case
Platform nesting for AM
Pack more parts into the build chamber without unintended fusion — verify clearances before the slicer even sees the file.

Case study
How Mocha generates fully fabricable variable-density lattices — validated on a clinically demanding application: custom orthotic insoles for podiatry.
01
Custom orthotics need to balance support, cushioning and breathability — across different zones of the foot. Traditional EVA-based insoles ship as a stack of glued layers, are hard to clean, and can't adapt mechanically to a localised clinical diagnosis.
02
We use Mocha to generate a single-volume lattice whose cell density varies along the footbed. Heel and forefoot get higher density for support; the arch gets lower density for compliance. One material, one print, infinite tunings — and the same software pipeline scales to aerospace brackets and medical implants.

Case study · Aerospace
A control-arm-style suspension bracket re-engineered with a conformal lattice — Mocha, Dendrise and Mocha Mesh chained together in a single Synera pipeline.
The pipeline
Mocha
Conformal lattice
Generates a single-volume lattice that flows along the principal stress paths — up to 70% less material while preserving stiffness.
Dendrise
Robust booleans
Unions, subtracts and intersects between the lattice and CAD body — fast and flawless on geometries that break traditional kernels.
Mocha Mesh
Production-ready mesh
Cleans, repairs and prepares the final mesh for the slicer — no manual rework before hitting the build plate.
Outcomes
Send us your CAD — we'll run it through the same pipeline.

Case study
A digital workflow for breast-care providers — from patient scan to a fully personalised, traceable 3D-printed inlay. One configurator, one print, infinite anatomies.

From the CAD bench

Raw engineering views — Voronoi lattice on a patient-matched dome.
01
Post-mastectomy patients deserve more than off-the-shelf foam. The inner surface must match the patient's anatomy after surgery; the outer surface must replicate the contralateral breast — light, breathable, washable, and indistinguishable under clothing. Stock prostheses can't do that.
02
We turn the breast-care provider's intake into a fully digital pipeline. Two surfaces are generated per patient — an inner dome matching the scan, and an outer dome to the desired shape — joined by a Voronoi lattice tuned for weight, breathability and elasticity.

Built-in traceability
Each part carries a unique identifier embedded into its geometry — a printed-in QR pattern that links back to patient, prescription and batch. Mass customisation, GDPR-compliant.
