Phase 1 · During the project

Work Package leadership.

We join the consortium as a formal partner and lead a Work Package end-to-end. Billed as personnel cost at the Horizon Europe reference unit cost (~€534/day) plus the 25% indirect-cost flat rate.

We act as Project Management Officer for the consortium: planning, deliverable tracking, financial coordination, periodic reporting to the EC.

Pre-audit simulation

A structured rehearsal of the EC's first-level financial audit on one of your active projects. We run the audit as the EC would, then deliver a remediation list.

Timeline: 3–4 weeks

Public pricing applies to standard scope as defined per product. Multi-country projects with more than 8 partners, multi-Cluster proposals, or budgets exceeding the thresholds shown above require a custom quote within 48 business hours. VAT applies where relevant.

We never offer success fees inside the Grant Agreement. Success fees billed as personnel cost are ineligible under Articles 6 and 12 of the Annotated Grant Agreement, and any consultancy that promises them is mispricing the legal risk back to you.
